- Do you offer refunds or returns?
- No. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason. Please review your order carefully before completing payment. See our Terms of Service for full details.
- How do I place an order?
- Add items to your cart, go to checkout, sign in or create an account, enter your shipping and payment details, and complete payment. You will receive an order confirmation once the order is placed.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept major credit and debit cards. Additional payment options may be available and will be shown at checkout.
- When will my order ship?
- We process orders as quickly as possible. Shipping times depend on your location and the carrier. You will receive tracking information when your order ships. We are not responsible for carrier delays once the package is in transit.
- Do international orders include VAT, customs duties, or import taxes?
- No. Your payment covers merchandise and the shipping rate shown at checkout only. Import duties, VAT/GST, customs fees, and carrier brokerage (if any) are separate and are your responsibility when the package enters your country. We ship DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) — we do not prepay those charges. See our Terms of Service for details.
- What if I refuse the package or do not pay customs fees?
- If you refuse delivery or fail to pay required import charges and the package is returned, abandoned, or destroyed, you may still be responsible for costs charged to us. All sales are final — we do not refund orders or shipping in those situations. Please review international terms in our Terms of Service before ordering.
- Who qualifies for free shipping?
- When free shipping is enabled, it applies only if your merchandise subtotal (after discounts) meets our posted minimum and your shipping address is in the United States. International addresses always pay carrier rates at checkout.
- What if my order never arrives or is lost?
- If tracking shows the package was delivered and you did not receive it, please contact your carrier and us as soon as possible. We keep records of all orders and shipping details. Claims are handled on a case-by-case basis and do not include refunds where our shipping and tracking records show successful delivery.
- I ordered the wrong item. Can I get a refund?
- We do not offer refunds for wrong-item orders. Please double-check your cart and order summary before paying. If you have not yet completed payment, you can update your cart.
- Are sealed products guaranteed to contain specific cards?
- No. Sealed product (booster packs, boxes, etc.) is sold as-is. We do not guarantee any particular cards, chase cards, or pull rates. Contents are determined by the manufacturer and are random.
- How can I contact you?
- Use the contact information provided on our site or in your order confirmation email. We use order and payment records to assist with legitimate inquiries and to protect both you and us.
