- How do I place an order?
- Add items to your cart, go to checkout, sign in or create an account, enter your shipping and payment details, and complete payment. You will receive an order confirmation once the order is placed.
- What payment methods do you accept?

- When will my order ship?
- We process orders as quickly as possible. Shipping times depend on your location and the carrier. You will receive tracking information when your order ships. We are not responsible for carrier delays once the package is in transit.
- What if my order never arrives or is lost?
- If tracking shows the package was delivered and you did not receive it, please contact your carrier and us as soon as possible. We keep records of all orders and shipping details. Claims are handled on a case-by-case basis and do not include refunds where our shipping and tracking records show successful delivery.
- I ordered the wrong item. Can I get a refund?
- We do not offer refunds for wrong-item orders. Please double-check your cart and order summary before paying. If you have not yet completed payment, you can update your cart.
- Are sealed products guaranteed to contain specific cards?
- No. Sealed product (booster packs, boxes, etc.) is sold as-is. We do not guarantee any particular cards, chase cards, or pull rates. Contents are determined by the manufacturer and are random.
