By placing an order or using the Redcorn Rips website and services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this site or make a purchase.

2. All Sales Final — No Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to: buyer's remorse, changed mind, ordering by mistake, or dissatisfaction with the product. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

We recommend reviewing your cart and order details carefully before payment. If you have questions about an item before buying, contact us first.

3. Products Sold "As Is"

Trading cards, sealed product, and all collectibles are sold "as is." Descriptions and images are for reference only. We are not responsible for variations in condition, print quality, or contents of sealed product (including chase cards or pull rates). We do not guarantee specific outcomes from sealed product.

4. Orders & Payment

You must provide accurate shipping and billing information. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders that appear fraudulent, use invalid payment methods, or violate these terms. Payment must be received and verified before an order is fulfilled. We keep records of all orders for our records and for dispute resolution.

5. Shipping & Risk

Shipping times are estimates. We are not liable for delays or loss once a package is handed to the carrier and tracking shows acceptance. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery (or carrier acceptance as shown by tracking). You are responsible for providing a correct, deliverable address.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Redcorn Rips and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or any purchase. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

7. Account & Conduct

You are responsible for keeping your account secure. You may not use the site for any illegal purpose or to harass, abuse, or defraud others. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
